We are finally not moving!! It was one of the hardest decisions we have had to make, but it all turned out for the best. Joe has been in Alabama since March and is finally home with us for good. Oh how wonderful it is to be a family again. With the housing market so bad and our house appraising at a lower price than we had wanted, made it an easier decision for us to stay, plus we really like Georgia.
Kids are back to school and our schedules are back to normal. Taylor just started middle school and he likes it except that he says it's a long day. He leaves for school at 8:30, school starts at 9:20 and gets out at 4, but he doesnt get home until 4:45. That's a long day for him. Spencer and Connor are still in elementary school and they are so glad that we didn't move. They loved going back and seeing all their friends and teachers.

That is so exciting!! I'm so glad Joe is home, I can't imagine how difficult it would be to have him gone all the time.

Yeah!!! I'm glad things worked out for you guys and that you are all together again. No more being a single Mommy!!! Hope he likes his new job and all that it brings.
What a trooper you are! I'm sure your kids are just so excited to be all together again. I'm glad it worked out. It sucks that the economy is so awful. At least you know that everyone else is in the same situation.
