Happy Birthday Taylor!!!

WOW...it seemed not long ago that he was just arriving into our little family and now he is 12.

I have such mixed feelings when my kids have a birthday, I'm happy that they are getting older and growing up, but as they do get older - I think of the day when they will leave the home and go on a mission and then get married, that's only 7 more years for Taylor. I love being a mom, it's the greatest gift that Heavenly father has given me, although sometimes I'm not the best Mom in the world at least I'm trying.

Looking back at how in experienced I was makes me thankful for what I have learned over the years. Taylor is a silly, funny, smart, cute, responsible, organizer, thoughtful and loving young men. Taylor is a wonderful son that loves his family. He is so thoughtful of others and is a good brother, son and friend.

Since his birthday was coming up, I have been looking at pictures of when he was a baby and it sure brought a lot of memories. I'm happy to see Taylor growing up to be a fine young men, a young man that our heavenly father would be proud of.

For his birthday he went with a couple of friends to Malibu grand prix. They did go carts, miniture golfing, arcade games and much more. It was his friends and daddy only, no siblings allowed, so he had a good time. Happy Birthday son and hope you had a great day.

Breakfast in bed. This has been a family tradition for us and the kids really enjoy it.
